As much as I want to believe that brillance only capable in a few hands, I am finding that just tilting the world and changing the relationships between a few objects makes brillance capable in all, although few ever do.

I am thinking about starting a print/art collection. The pictures on Fab.com are amazing but expensive, but there is always Etsy.
With the existence of an authoritative presence in a collaborative/democratic space (such as Wikipedia), can it be truly democratic since one person with power shut the discourse (or edits) down?
